My toddler loves this in the car! They were in desperate need of fresh toys in the car seat that are nice to chew AND fidget with. They seem to really love screwing and unscrewing the little petal piece and it's easy for them to hold securely for a whole car ride. So far the silicone is holding up to a strong 18 month old really well. no signs of damage after lots of play!I imagine it may be tricky to clean but a good soak will probably do the trick if anything gooey gets in the screw track.
