If you own a Schacht Wolf loom, this raddle should be high on your wish list. Weavers will understand when I say that a raddle is essential for back-to-front warping, and that a homemade raddle is a beast to mount on the slanted back beam of a Schacht Wolf loom. I've tried all kinds of home-made raddles, with varying degrees of success. Mostly, it has been a battle to get the raddle to stay put while warping. This raddle, designed for the Wolf lives up to its promises. It stays put while you warp, its pins are securely and accurately placed, its virtually snag-free, and it even comes with everything you need to use it on a non-Wolf (i.e. flat back beam) loom. Worth every penny to just have that much less stress during loom warping.
